PHOTOGRAPHY PROP + EVENT RENTALS

Maeve Vintage Rentals specializes in renting vintage and one-of-a-kind furniture, decor and props company for use in photo shoots, weddings, large-scale and smaller private events, staging, and anything else.  Feel free to rent a collection of furniture and props for a photo shoot, a one-of-a-kind scale for a special baby shower, or enough furniture and props to fill your reception site. Due to limited availability of our one-of-a-kind inventory, rentals are not guaranteed until we receive a signed rental agreement and 50% retainer. Please contact us early to reserve your favorites!

DELIVERY & SET-UP

So you've picked out some amazing vintage treasures to incorporate into your big day or a special photo shoot and now we need to get them to you! Well delivery is included with each piece!  So it's your lucky day!  We’re happy to package them up and have them ready to go for you!  Delivery beyond 35 miles of Fort Wayne of Indianapolis City Limits will incur an extra $30 delivery fee.  While we primarily service Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, and the surrounding areas, we can also accommodate rentals across the Midwest for a minimum order amount and additional delivery charge.

CONSULTATIONS, PRODUCT SELECTION & STYLING SERVICES

At Maeve Vintage our mission is to provide a unique inventory of vintage furniture, props and décor and to make these pieces available for short-term use at an affordable price. Our furniture and props can create the perfect touch of vintage style wherever you choose do host your event or shoot.  We are happy to meet for a complimentary consultation to assist you with selecting the right pieces from our collection to achieve the look you are going for and we'd love to share some of the ideas we’ve seen along the way. And we'd love to keep talking so additional consultation rates are available. 

We also offer full day-of photo styling which includes your prop rentals, delivery and set-up on-site. Because every photo shoot is different, use the Contact Us form to request these services and we'll provide a custom quote tailored to your specific needs.  For full wedding planning and day-of coordination services, we will gladly refer you to one of our favorite event planners at the moment!  Although, our own event planning services will be coming soon!
